Problema mouse

Am pornit pc ul si am observat ca nu mai mai merge mouse ul (asus rog gladios)
Observatii:
Se aprinde becul de la mouse daca tin apasat pe click stanga,rotita si click dreapta in timp ce l conectez la un port usb, dar nu functioneaza click urile si nici cursorul sau orice alt buton de pe mouse.
Aplicatia asus Rog Armoury incearca sa faca un update firmware si dupa se stinge beculetul de la mouse si incearca sa refaca update ul de fiecare data cand reusesc sa intru in aplicatie. Am folosit un alt mouse sa pot accesa aplicatia in timp ce mouse ul cu probleme era conectat.

Ce am incercat sa remedies situatia:
-restart la pc
-update diver
-reinstalare driver
-incercat si pe alt pc
Am trimis mouse ul la garantie, dar poate a mai patit cineva ceva asemanatos si are o idee.

I've had similar issues with my M666 Game mouse. It's odd, the lights come on when I press the buttons, but the cursor doesn't respond. I've tried updating drivers, reinstalling them, even switching PCs. No luck. It's like the mouse is stuck in a loop, trying to update its firmware but failing every time. Have you tried contacting Asus support web portal ? They might have a solution specific to the M666 Game. In the meantime, I've had to switch to an old mouse just to play. It's frustrating, but hopefully, we can get this sorted out soon.
