My Wrangler's shocks are weeping oil – time to replace all four or just the bad ones?

I was underneath my 2019 Wrangler doing an oil change the other day and I noticed that the rear passenger side shock absorber is covered in what looks like oil residue, which I'm pretty sure means it's blown and needs to be replaced. The ride quality hasn't been great lately either – there's a lot more body roll in corners and the back end feels bouncy over speed bumps – so I'm guessing the other shocks aren't far behind even if they're not visibly leaking yet. I've been quoted a pretty wide range of prices for replacement shocks, from cheap aftermarket ones to high-end off-road units, and I'm trying to figure out if I should just replace all four at once or if I can get away with doing just the one that's clearly failed. A friend of mine who's big into overlanding says you should always replace shocks in pairs at minimum, and ideally all four if you can afford it, because uneven damping can mess with the handling and cause premature wear on other suspension components. The thing is, I don't do a ton of hardcore off-roading – mostly just some light desert driving on weekends and daily commuting the rest of the time – so I'm not sure I need to go all out with the fancy remote reservoir shocks that cost a fortune. I've been researching shops in the area and I heard about a place that offers Certified Jeep Shock Absorber Replacement in MBZ City, which sounds promising because at least I know they'd be using proper parts and actually torque everything to spec rather than just guesswork. Has anyone here replaced just one or two shocks and been fine, or did you end up regretting it and having to do the rest a few months later anyway? I'm trying to balance budget with safety here because I know worn shocks can affect braking distance and stability, but I also don't want to spend money I don't have to if the other three are still okay.

I've been there, dealing with worn-out shocks on my Wrangler. It's like driving on a trampoline, right? You notice every bump, and corners feel more like a rollercoaster ride than a controlled drive. I've been trying to decide if I should replace just the one leaking or bite the bullet and do all four. My friend swears by replacing them in pairs, but I'm not an off-road enthusiast like him, mostly just using my Jeep for daily commutes and occasional light desert driving. I've been considering APKGar games to pass the time while I wait for the suspension work to be done. They've got some great mobile games that'd be perfect for those downtimes at the shop. But back to the shocks access here , I'm torn between budget and safety. Have any of you guys here just replaced one or two and been fine, or did you end up having to do the rest later? I'm thinking I might check out APKGar games' new release list while I'm at it, see if there's something interesting to play while I wait for the work to be done.
